At TravelService we are dedicated to providing flexible and creative services to meet the demands of travel industry.Alognside our services we offer traditional e-mail mode guarantying direct access to our team of professionals. The direct contact with TravelService can facilitate a higher level of customization and negotiation of your incoming services to suite every need and budget.

A reservation system consists in simple 2-step: 1) "to book" and 2) "confirm" whatever you need, - an extensive selection of hotels, transfers, destination activities and group requests.

Airport Meet & Greet Staff

We welcome your guest in the airport. Your company logo could be displayed on our counter at the arrival area and in the bus windshield also. Our multi-languge transfer-guide dressed with our orange uniform will provide a welcome-envelope with your logo on the right side and important information inside. Our guides will accompany all your guests to the bus.

Transfer & Check in

TravelServiceRusia provides the most modern, safe and comfortable coaches for transfers and tours. We offer all varieties of vehicles ranging from minibuses to shuttle transfers, and from limousines to Porsche Cayenne VIP transportation. Every bus will not be older then 5 years old. It could be maximum 6 stop upon arrival transfer and 7 during the departure. On the way to the hotel our guide will provide all the necessary information about Bavaro/Punta Cana zone, money, Dominicans, electricity, etc. All guests will be helped at check-in in the hotels.

Assistance

We offer permanent assistance of our customer service staff at all hotels. The hotel-guide dressed with our orange uniform will gave an informative briefing to all your guests the next day upon arrival to the country. He will offer a wide range an optional excursions to suite your guests expectation in quality safety comfort and value for money. In case of any assistance every guest will be given the hotline number, where could call 24 hours a day. Whatever he needs: translate menu, or help in the medical center our representative will assist him immediately and if it necessary will come.

Hotel Reservations

TravelServiceRusia offers a wide range of hotel accommodations in a different touristic zone to suite every client’s need. The spectrum of our offers includes not only Bavaro hotels, than you can find accommodation in Barahona, Rio San Juan, Cabarete zones, etc.
Our long lasting business relationship with hotels allow us “to punch” your reservation if by some reason hotel’s reservation department doesn’t answer your e-mails. We also could help you with a payment guarantee for the last-minute reservation.

Fam-Trips and Press-Trips

TravelServiceRusia has received a wide acclaiming and the recognition of our professionalism and innovation from different tourist organisations in Dominican Republic, such as a biggest resort chains, excursion providers, even from our competitors.
We have organised more than 50 fam-trips for our partners, 15 of them included more than two touristic zones of the country; 10 press-trips for journalists from East Europe, among witch RBK television (Russia) channel press-trip was been prepared, and several individual familiarisation trips for executives of our partners.

We can offer whenever you need info-tours organization with very low price. We cover 80% of a tour costs. 

Operational Materials

Your info book and info-stand will appear in each hotel you work. We will prepare the price-list and welcome letter with your logo in the header.
